Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaterPrep Pro (the "Service"), provided by Vodanara LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Service is a professional development platform designed to facilitate certification readiness, operational competency, and professional lifecycle support for utility industry personnel.

2. User Accounts and Data Integrity

Access is granted for individual use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Because the Service utilizes granular behavioral telemetry and performance metrics to generate unique competency profiles, account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing account access corrupts the integrity of the data profile and is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

3. Payments and "Lifetime" Access

The "Lifetime Access Bundle" provides access to the Service for a one-time fee. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the product (WaterPrep Pro) and its continued commercial availability. The Company reserves the right to modify, transition, or update the Service architecture as required by industry standards or technological advancements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the dynamic math engine, variable-placeholder questions, metadata tagging systems, and proprietary scoring algorithms, are the exclusive property of Vodanara LLC. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute proprietary content will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Professional Standards Disclaimer

WaterPrep Pro is an independent educational and professional development resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Water Professionals International (WPI) or any government licensing board. While our materials are "WPI Aligned" to ensure they reflect current industry standards, the Company does not guarantee licensure or real-world operational outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the Service license. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service or the professional application of its content.
